TS/SCI Clearance

We are seeking a senior-level CLM Architect

Only applicants who hold a minimum of an active TS/SCI clearance will be considered for this position. The ideal candidate for this role will share in the desire to deliver high integrity, quality services and have a high-level of proficiency with IBM Rational software, an ability to integrate and work closely with clients, be a self-starter and have a willingness to travel.

Roles / Responsibilities

  • Serve as technical lead on projects
  • Organize, work, and interact with technical and non-technical personnel translating user requirements into responsive applications
  • Manage data center hosting and commercial cloud hosting
  • Design, implement, and utilize both Microsoft Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) client operating systems
  • Manage major RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, etc.)
  • Use system engineering CLM tools as well as training material development for these tools
  • Manage new IT service implementations
  • Knowledge and coordination of Information Assurance (IA), design, scanning, and Approval to Operation (ATO) approval processes
  • Technical development product milestone scheduling.
  • Effective communicator both verbal and written (may attend client meetings, and/or deliver written reports)
  • Deliver high value services to our clients on time, within budget while meeting or exceeding all quality objectives
  • Continuously keep up with new features, best practices and the ever changing complexities of our software portfolio and new technology
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • US Citizen
  • Active Top Secret SCI Clearance
  • Willingness to submit to background checks, drug screenings and security polygraphs as necessary
  • BS/BA Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related technology field (or equivalent combination of formal education and experience)
  • 18 + years of experience
  • Five (5) to ten (10) years of experience demonstrating the ability to plan and lead a technical/engineering team in multiple, diverse engineering disciplines.
  • A Master’s Degree may be substituted for 4 years of experience (degree must be in an applicable field of study).

Preferred Qualifications

  • IBM Product Certifications (CLM, RTC, DNG, RQM)
  • Advanced Agile certifications such as CST, SPC, SAFe, Disciplined Agilist Black Belt, or equivalent
  • Security +, Network +, CISSP and other security related certifications
  • Recent Counter Intelligence or Full Scope Polygraph
